How to do
Padhastasana step by step
1. Stand up
straight with both feet together.
2. Raise both
hands slowly above the head.
3. Hold both
toes with both hands leaning forward from the waist.
4. Do not bend
from knees.
5. Slowly
return to the origin position and repeat it.

Padhastasana
