How to do Tadasana step by step

  1.   Raise both hands directly to the forehead.
  2.  Keep the palms facing forward .
  3.  Raise the heel and lift the body on the toes.
  4.  Sustain as much as possible.
  5.  Stand in the original position with both hands and ADO down rather than laxative.
